Queenies Covid Safe Plan
As we are all adapting to the challenges that Covid-19 presents we are following strict guidelines set out across the industry to ensure the safety of all our patrons and staff. We take hygiene practices very seriously and want to make sure everyone who comes to Queenies can do so safe in the knowledge that every possible precaution will be taken.
With that in mind we have some simple safety measures in place and some expectations of you when visiting the venue.
What we expect from you:
Sanitise & wash your hands regularly - we have provided stations in each area and we would like you to use them if you have to move through the building for any reason
Remain at your seat as much as possible - staying at your allocated seat reduces the risk of transfer to others and also helps us maintain good sanitation throughout the venue.
When moving around the venue or coming to the bar be aware of good social distancing - There may come a time when you have to get up from your seat if you do please be conscious of others moving around the venue.
After your booking if you would like to stay longer please sanitise before going into a new area - everyone in that space should already have done so.
What you can expect from our team:
Thorough wipe down of your allocated seat before arrival and a whole new place setting with menus, cutlery, glassware & water carafes.
Table service from our team to limit movement throughout the venue and to ensure no single use items are touched by others before you use them. All sanitation stations to be fully stocked and obvious when moving through areas.
We gather contact details from both bookings and walk-ins for Covid tracing and keep a record for 28 days as instructed by Access Canberra.
Regular wipe downs of all unavoidable contact points i.e EFtpos machines, toilet doors & furniture.
If you need to cancel your booking at any stage for any reason please email to let us know.
